The falling leaves.

Today Its grey skies; i don't mind grey skies but instead in my imaginary life, its the middle of march. You see Autumn where i live isn't the wonderful array of reds, browns and golds so portrayed in movies and paintings, it is almost as if autumn is forgotten all together so that is exactly what is today in the imaginary life. The perfect Autumn. The falling leaves cover the ground like a blanket of crisp and warm colours. The trees laid bare; completely beautiful in their absence. The falling leaves in such abundance that we lie on the earthly beds while the songbird sings us an autumn lullaby and the larks dance in the sky. We fall asleep holding hands. We fall asleep on the Autumn leaves
